Services Include:
· In-home Design Consultation ~ Fun interactive meeting in your home to assess needs and challenges. I offer creative solutions to enhance the space based on your style and budget. This may include space planning, color and flow, lighting, accessory styling, product recommendations on what to purchase new, renovate or donate, etc. 
 · Design plan recommendations including any or all of the following: color scheme, furniture placement, lighting, fabrics, window treatments, floor coverings, artwork, upholstery, finishes, etc.
· 2-D Black & White Space Plan and 3-D Color Rendering for both interior and exterior spaces.

· Online Design Consultation includes: ~ Inspiration Design Board generation ~ Sourced shopping list of all featured products ~ Paint color and finish suggestions  ~ Recommendations for furniture, lighting and accessories  ~ DIY tips to update and maximize what you currently own ~ Space plan suggestions including optimal furniture arrangement
 All you need to do is provide a few photos and measurements along with the room’s problem details and your wishlist (I’ll guide you with a questionnaire) and you’ll receive all of the above based on your lifestyle needs, design style and budget. If you are looking for a design jump start and don’t live in the Chicagoland area this is the perfect reference for you to create your favorite room.
· Custom cabinetry, built-in and furniture design
· Visualization tools including room elevation sketches, visual examples and easy to read notes
· Personal shopper service: I’ll shop with you if you’d like some help wading through all the options. I’ll even shop for you if you’re too busy or just want it done and done right!  

Pricing
My pricing structure is designed to make my creative design services affordable for you to achieve that “professional Interior Designer look” without overspending! 

All good planning starts with a budget. I’m here to help you plan wisely and avoid costly mistakes so that the design is exactly what you love while staying within your limits.

I charge a $50 hourly flat rate, however a project-based structure can be discussed. Online Design Plans are $300/room (small to average size). Larger spaces and combo rooms will be quoted accordingly.

And unlike the vast majority, it is my policy never to mark-up furniture, window treatments, finishings, etc – when I score a deal so do you!

Terms of Service:
Online Design plans will commence upon receipt of Paypal payment.
Payment is required upon initial In-Home consultation. Should further services be required, fees will be invoiced on a monthly billing cycle.
Due to the nature of decorating and design services, all services are non-refundable. It is my policy to do my very best to create a plan that you will love. Remember, the more information you provide to me regarding your style and budget, the closer I’ll get to achieving a plan for Your Favorite Room! 
In the event that you have a space that is a combo-use room, a longer living/dining room for instance, payment will be for two rooms.
Your Favorite Room reserves the right to use relevant before, after and/or Inspiration Boards in order to represent the type of work that I do. Anonymity is respected.
